Exchange and Correction Policy

We repair both our and your jewelry. If the rubber has stretched after long wear or there are material problems, then we will gladly help you restore, repair or refresh your purchase. If a lot of materials need to be replaced, the costs will include the cost of the materials and working time, which will be €5-15 per piece of jewelry/item. We also accept special repair tasks, if, for example, you have a broken clasp on other beads or you need to change the hoop of your earrings - let us know , we'll figure out if we can and how we can help!

Regular bathing or showering with our jewelry is not recommended. Direct sunlight can also cause them to fade or the rubber to loosen, so store your jewelry in a dark, dry place.
